Safety training is required by the Occupational Safety and Health Law, and it is an important training that management may be punished for not complying with.
However, many companies find it difficult to train foreign workers, who are now indispensable in Japanese manufacturing sites, due to differences in customs and language.
Above all, coronavirus infections, which are rampant in the world today, have accelerated this trend, making it difficult to conduct the training courses that used to be held in one place.
All the safety training courses held in Japan today are based on Japanese standards, and there are problems such as textbooks and course contents not being available in Japanese, or materials being given to foreign workers that are too difficult for them to understand.
It is not impossible to provide in-house safety training related to the replacement and commissioning of grinding wheels. However, it is important to note that there are many cases where the training required by law (the Labor Standards Law and the Health and Safety Law) is not provided.
In order to comply with the law and correctly identify the training that is necessary for your company, knowledge and experience in both the law and the field are essential, and there are not many training companies that can provide such training. This is because at least three conditions are essential.
1. Have educational content that complies with the law
2. Familiarity with education for foreign workers
3.Both free grinding and mechanical grinding courses can be conducted.
The company is in a very difficult situation. As your company is committed to ensuring business continuity, we urge you to consider obtaining certification as soon as possible to avoid such a situation!
If you do not take this course and become certified and continue to work, you may face two disadvantages
(1) Workers' compensation is not certified
(2) ISO certification will be revoked.
1) Videos and materials in native language for foreign workers
We will prepare video content and training materials in the languages of the foreign workers (currently Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Chinese).Even those who still have difficulty listening to Japanese can learn well. Please select your language when you register.
(2) Simultaneous certification in mechanical grinding and free grinding
Surface grinders (mechanical grinding) and sanders (free grinding) require different types of qualifications. We have adopted a unique curriculum taught by skilled instructors that allows you to obtain certification at the same time.
(3) Qualification acquisition through e-learning method
You can use the video content to acquire the certification in-house without going to the training site and avoiding three densely packed places.
